Kathy Y. Murray has over 30 years of Right of Way experience in appraisal review, acquisition and project management.

Tennille Valuation & Consulting Services is a valuation and acquisition firm. We provide a variety of services to local governments, state and federal  agencies.

 

We provide Right of Way Services, including land acquisition, relocation, appraisal & appraisal review and right of way project management.

 

We also provide valuation services to individuals who need appraisal services for a variety of reasons.

We  provide Continuing Education to registered, licensed and general certified appraisers. We provide training to those who are seeking to increase their knowledge in the Right of Way field.
